Little Mermaid Costume for Infants
Many little girls, mine included, are fond of Disney and all of the Disney Princess costumes, clothes, and toys. I can understand that fondness, as I grew up in the 80s and 90s with Belle, Jasmine, and Ariel. However, unlike in those days, young girls today can find costumes and accessories featuring their favorite princess on the internet that they can wear for Halloween, birthdays, or dress up times during the year.
When I was young, my grandmother crafted me a Little Mermaid costume out of a worn out party dress, a little lace, and a sheet. I’ll quite relieved that I can simply purchase a toddler Ariel costume for my daughter rather than spending hours at a sewing machine. I love the fact that there are now Ariel costumes for adults as well – my daughter and I could dress alike for Halloween. What will they think of next?!
